This Workpoint customer is the largest provider of unified network services, supporting telephony and IP-optimized data transfers across wireline and wireless transmission for global public and private networks. Workpoint is used as a process modeling, capturing and improvement tool for one of the company's major operating divisions.

Workpoint supplies numerous work definition and management functions via a published, fully-documented API, which allows the client to present process models through its Visual Basic user application and extend the Workpoint data model within its own object extensions. Workpoint also supports modeling to any level of abstraction, allowing the organization to reuse work objects, including complete process models as discrete sub-process elements in larger processes. Workpoint's rules-based work management can be configured to any level of granularity. This enables less experienced resources to perform complex tasks with high accuracy and less training.
